Tampa Bay Signing Services is led by Kristen Bubis, a licensed Florida notary public since 2005, licensed Realtor® with eXp Realty, and paralegal with over 20 years of experience. With a career spanning real estate, legal, and document services, Kristen brings a level of professionalism and attention to detail that clients can rely on.

Based in the Tampa Bay area, we provide mobile notary public and notary signing agent services across six counties — Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Hernando, Manatee, and Sarasota. Whether it's a real estate closing, a legal document, or a hospital signing, we come to you.

Kristen specializes in loan signings, including purchases, refinances, seller packages, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and other real estate closing documents. Remote online notarization and in-person electronic notarization services are also available through BlueNotary for eligible documents and signers.

Beyond her professional work, Kristen is deeply involved in the community. She has volunteered for many years as a high school mentor with the Take Stock in Children Scholarship program, served as a victim advocate, and volunteered as a Meals on Wheels delivery driver.
